Oliver has a BSc (honours) in Marine Biology from the University of Technology, Sydney and a PhD from the University of Newcastle where he researched how to improve acoustic data collection, aggregation, and analysis to support amphibian conservation effort. Olli has worked as an ecological consultant at EcoResolve for two and a half year’s where he has conducted targeted flora and fauna surveys and ecological assessments across a variety of landscapes, independently and as part of a larger team.  Olli's education and experience has provided him with extensive knowledge on ecological monitoring strategies and NSW fauna and flora communities.
