Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Resource Management and Marine Science from the University of Newcastle. She has been employed as an ecologist for more than three years, undertaking both independent and team-based targeted flora and fauna surveys and ecological assessments across diverse environments. Her academic background and professional experience have equipped her with strong expertise in ecological monitoring methodologies and knowledge of NSW flora and fauna communities. Prior to her role in ecology, Nikki spent over a decade working as an environmental community engagement coordinator, where she developed and delivered various grant-funded environmental programs and initiatives. In addition, Nikki managed and oversaw bush regeneration projects, including the development of comprehensive work plans and the preparation of progress reporting.
