Hugo holds a Masters in Environmental Management from Charles Sturt University.  He is an experienced environmental professional with a background in environmental restoration, field-based surveys and monitoring as well as project coordination. His skill set includes vegetation management, plant identification and ecological assessments.  In his role as a Field Ecologist at EcoResolve Environment & Design, Hugo undertakes environmental impact assessments, biodiversity offset and stewardship initiatives and targeted flora and fauna surveys across of ecological communities. His previous experience in land management and as a Field Botanist has given him practical expertise in delivering on-ground works and leading teams in challenging landscapes and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
