Brea is the Ecology Manager, a Senior Ecologist and an accredited BAM Assessor at EcoResolve, with more than a decade of experience delivering ecological assessments and compliance advice across New South Wales. She has led a wide range of projects under the NSW Biodiversity Offsets Scheme, including the preparation of Biodiversity Development Assessment Reports for both small and large-scale developments, and is recognised for producing clear, regulatory-compliant technical reports.

She specialises in project scoping, survey design and the coordination and delivery of complex field programs, and is skilled in advanced BAM data analysis, vegetation mapping and plant identification supported by advanced GIS capabilities. In her management role Brea provides technical oversight, quality assurance and strategic direction across multiple projects, mentors staff and works closely with clients, multidisciplinary teams and government agencies to develop practical management solutions and achieve robust biodiversity outcomes.
