Brea Heidke

Brea is a highly experienced ecologist with a strong background in environmental science and management, holding both a Bachelor and Master’s degree from the University of Newcastle. As an Ecologist and Team Lead at EcoResolve Environment & Design, she delivers high-quality ecological assessments across New South Wales, with particular expertise in vegetation mapping, plant identification, and Biodiversity Assessment Methodology (BAM) processes. Brea has successfully managed and contributed to a wide range of projects, including large-scale infrastructure, renewable energy developments, and mining modifications, consistently providing strategic advice and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

With a career spanning research, fieldwork, and leadership, Brea brings a practical, hands-on approach to ecological consulting. She has extensive experience planning and executing field surveys, managing multidisciplinary teams, and engaging with clients, stakeholders, and government agencies.
